My images are uploading with no problem but when I bring up the gallery page I get the following PHP errors:

Notice: Undefined index: APP13 in getfolders.php on line 109
Notice: Use of undefined constant name - assumed 'name' in getfolders.php on line 118
I'm running PHP 5.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
