   hi all,
   i was able to get the files uploaded to my server and also upload some images. i can see the images and the imagethumbs in the uploader folder in the images and imagethumbs folder .... now my question is: what is the url to my online gallery
   NOT the url to upload pictures ... i did that, i need the url to view the uploaded pictures in the gallery

   When you unziped the file you downloaded it would have created a folder, inside that folder is the following:

   images/
   config.php
   js/
   uploader/
   rsrc/
   licence.txt
   imagethumbs/
   index.php
   getfolders.php
   documentation.html
   designs/
   css/

   The index.php is in that first folder.

   If you put this in a folder on your site such as e2

   then your gallery would be www.YourSiteName.com/e2/ or if you wanted to type in the index.php file it would be www.YourSiteName.com/e2/index.php
