I ahve found that the xml scripting is quite stringent especially if it was unzipped incorrectly or "white" space deletd during exraction inadvertantly. I would look at all xml and config files and make sure things are coded correctly- try 7-zip to extract all documents related to the gallery- WinZip and WINRAR demolished my xml and I was lost in thought about what to do for a week. Then just keep on Testing everything, over and over again.... use Firefox plugins to refresh constantly- and you will work through the bugs.

is there a way to fix the logged in error.

I notice when your finished uploading a set, you have to log in again each time, it wont refesh with you already logged in, is there a cookie you can set to keep you logged in for X amount of time.

To fix the bug of not being able to log in to the uploader. Modify the following code in the config.php file:

$username="username_here"; //Username for accessing image uploader
$password="password";Â Â Â Â Â //Password to access image uploader

with

$users[]="username_here"; //Username for accessing image uploader
$passw[]="password"; //Password to access image uploader	 Â

Obviously change the username_here and pasword with your own info.
