image too large?

Hello, I love this photo gallery, but I can't get it to work, no matter how small of an image I try to upload I get the error "Error - File too big", what am I doing wrong, I only modified the username and password in the config file. I've tried everything that I can think of, but I'm not a great programmer and I'm struggling with this one... Please help...

Now, I've tried uploading images into the images and thumbnails directory and here is the source from the page when I try to bring it up, it says it cannot find the directory: images ?!

I am guessing that your hosting has a upload limit and that is why you can't upload. PHP has a server setting to limit the upload size and I guess your hosting has limited that to something really small.

E2 is right on. It appears as though your domain is hosted by godaddy.com on a Windows Server which doesn't support PHP. You'll need to change your account over to a Linux server, there is no cost to do this at godaddy.com. I suggest calling their support for a step-by-step. (very simple)

I had the same exact issue, I hope this post can help others with the same problem.
