I think I followed the instructions properly but no images seem to load. I just uploaded 1 image to test it. You can see what I'm getting here: http://www.thewiredmedium.com/photo_test/

Looking at your source it doesn't seem to be loading the images in to the javascript array. Make sure your paths are set correctly as I'm not seeing any errors so it's hard to diagnose what is going on.
