When I try to do the upload of my photos,I receive this message:

Large Image Not Uploaded
Error: Destination directory can't be created. Can't carry on a process

Thumbnail not created and not uploaded
Error: Destination directory can't be created. Can't carry on a process

What do I have wrong?
What do I do?

in the upload path of the uploader form try:

../images/

and

../imagethumbs/
