Do you have a link to your gallery I can look at to see if I can find a bug? I’d need access to the e2admin, if you want me to try and debug it.

Check your file permissions on your e2upload/galleries, e2upload/galleries/gallery1 and e2upload/galleries/gallery2/ folders, when I test it it says that Permission denied to make a folder or upload a file. Make sure that your setting are chmod 755 so you can write to the folder.

I noticed another thing on your gallery, your js/setupvars.js files formatting has lost all of it’s white space. To fix this, go to your account on download the latest file, I’ve modified it so if all the whitespace is missing it’ll still work. For some reason when unzipped on some machines the white space is stripped and the commenting on the file gets out of whack.

Sorry but i have done that now, changed file permissions to 755 but i still cannot create a folder.

I really thought this gallery was going to be easy to use but i am spending far to much time getting nowhere plus your documentation/install instructions are almost none existent.
I would request a refund on those grounds, i am losing customers while trying to use your e2gallery pro.
Regards,
Maggs.
